Qualified Early Years Bank Staff
Nursery – Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford
Location: Unit 1, Western Neighbourhood Centre, Rainbird Road, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 2AF Salary: £13.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

- Supporting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) delivery by engaging children in educational and entertaining activities to help hit key developmental milestones
- Assisting in the daily care of children, including tidying and preparing rooms effectively
- Collaborating as part of a larger team to maintain smooth nursery operations
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (e.g., **Early Years Practical Assessment, teaching qualification)
- Previous experience working with children in roles such as:
- Nursery Practitioner
- Nursery Nurse
- Early Years Educator
- Nanny
- Childminder (or similar)
- Strong passion for making learning engaging, fun and meaningful
- Ability to adopt varied communication techniques with both children and colleagues
- Solid understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive disposition
