Salary and Hours
- Salary: £29,513 (Level 3) - to be discussed for Level 3 +
- Hours: 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- Holiday: 7 weeks of paid holiday

Key Person Role
Qualified practitioner
Key people have the honour to be responsible for a group of between 8 and 13 key children per week (many of the children are part time). We may start you with fewer key children, but you will gain more over time. You will want to ensure they can participate in the activities you have planned for them and that they are progressing in their development.
The primary responsibility of the key person is to have a deep knowledge and understanding of each key child individually. The key person should be the key children’s primary relationship within the nursery, and be able to respond to, and plan for each child’s needs throughout the week.
