Position: Qualified Nursery Practitioner
Location: Gloucestershire College, Llanthony Road, GL2 5LQ
Hours: Full and part time opportunities available
Salary: Starting from £27,000

What you'll be doing:
- 🎨 Leading joyful, activity-filled sessions guided by EYFS
- 💬 Keeping parents warmly in the loop with observations and next steps
- 🍽️ Making mealtimes a happy part of the day
- 🤝 Bringing kindness and teamwork to everything you do
- 🛡️ Keeping safety and wellbeing at the centre of every day
What you'll need:
- ❤️ A genuine passion for nurturing children
- 🎓 A full, relevant Level 3+ early years qualification
- 📝 GCSE Maths and English at Grade C / Level 5 or above
- 👶 Experience with children aged 3 months to 5 years
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit
