Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed.
- Utilise technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and enrichment opportunities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support academic growth and development.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
- Experience teaching SEN students, with a passion for student-centred learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of education and embrace new technologies.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
