Join our Team as a Quality Administrator (12 Month FTC) at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL)
Salary: Up to £26,800 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Aspire Business Centre, Tidworth

Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Quality Administrator (12 Month FTC) to be part of our exciting journey. You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Quality and contributing to the successful delivery of quality management practices across the business.

Your Role:
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the company management system, ensuring quality management principles are embedded across daily operations.
- Maintaining and administering management systems, including accurate record keeping and system updates.
- Supporting the delivery of the certification programme and business assurance activities, working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Managing audit-related records, including raising non-conformance reports and corrective actions within systems.
- Supporting the management of non-conformances, including monitoring, root cause analysis, and reviewing the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Supporting process development, improvement initiatives, compliance tools administration, and maintaining the Quality Hub.

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Educated to A level or NVQ standard in English and Maths.
Experience:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment and managing multiple tasks consecutively.
Skills:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and spoken, with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, the ability to analyse data effectively, and a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment and managing several tasks consecutively, with an understanding of quality or compliance environments being beneficial.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a similar role within a Quality or Compliance Team.
Skills:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, strong report writing ability, a practical and proactive approach, attention to detail, data analysis capability, effective time management, teamwork, and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel, Visio, and MS Project.
