Quality Administrator
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Contract: Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for a Quality Administrator to support our Quality team.
The Quality team ensures that all baby products meet safety standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Based at our global HQ, the team works closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage quality documentation and support continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
- Accurately inputting and categorising data across different platforms
- Maintaining and managing quality documentation
- Monitoring and reporting on quality metrics and KPIs
- Analysing data and identifying Product Quality trends
- Generating reports on Quality performance
- Investigating quality issues and working with other teams to develop and implement:
- Corrective and preventative actions
- Product change requests
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Updating relevant trackers and spreadsheets
- Providing other ad hoc support for the wider Quality team as required

What Skills and Experience We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a Product Quality environment
- Competent Excel user – proficient in:
- Running reports
- Creating formulas
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to adapt quickly and pick up new systems swiftly
- An effective communicator and team player
- Must also be comfortable working independently and on your own initiative
- (Preferred) Knowledge of Quality tools, such as CAPA
