Salary: £20,315.17 - £20,892.86 (Actual Salary), £25,410.97 - £26,133.56 (Full Time Equivalent) per annum
Hours: 32 hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role
Be at the heart of driving quality excellence.
This exciting role within the Quality Team involves delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring quality assurance processes are effectively coordinated and delivered. The successful candidate will be a professional, proactive, and adaptable individual with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
You’ll act as a critical communicator, building relationships across the organisation while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Sounds, prioritises workloads, and seamlessly aligns with daily, monthly, and annual cycles. Discretion, initiative, and a solutions-focused approach are essential, with a willingness to enhance systems and team processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Quality Team, managing all enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
- Provide efficient administrative support, including:
- Coordinating meetings
- Preparing documents, agendas, and minutes
- Support the planning and delivery of the annual Quality Cycle
- Collate, manage, and analyse key data, including:
- Student voice feedback
- Staff observations and outcomes
- Assist in data analysis and reporting
- Maintain accurate, compliant quality assurance documentation
- Contribute to team and college meetings, capturing clear and concise notes
- Develop extensive knowledge of quality processes to resolve staff queries
- Oversee purchase orders and monitor departmental spending
- Keep the Quality Hub updated with relevant information
- Offer flexible support as needed across the Quality Team
- Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure seamless cover and support

Requirements
To excel in this role, the following qualities and skills are essential:
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development
- Strong proficiency in Maths and English
- Top-tier ** organisational and time management skills**
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Administration
