Quality Administrator

Location: Highbury Campus

Salary: £20,315.17 - £20,892.86 (Actual Salary), £25,410.97 - £26,133.56 (Full Time Equivalent) per annum

Hours: 32 hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Be at the heart of driving quality excellence.

This exciting role within the Quality Team involves delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring quality assurance processes are effectively coordinated and delivered. The successful candidate will be a professional, proactive, and adaptable individual with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.

You’ll act as a critical communicator, building relationships across the organisation while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Sounds, prioritises workloads, and seamlessly aligns with daily, monthly, and annual cycles. Discretion, initiative, and a solutions-focused approach are essential, with a willingness to enhance systems and team processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Quality Team, managing all enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
  • Provide efficient administrative support, including:
    • Coordinating meetings
    • Preparing documents, agendas, and minutes
  • Support the planning and delivery of the annual Quality Cycle
  • Collate, manage, and analyse key data, including:
    • Student voice feedback
    • Staff observations and outcomes
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting
  • Maintain accurate, compliant quality assurance documentation
  • Contribute to team and college meetings, capturing clear and concise notes
  • Develop extensive knowledge of quality processes to resolve staff queries
  • Oversee purchase orders and monitor departmental spending
  • Keep the Quality Hub updated with relevant information
  • Offer flexible support as needed across the Quality Team
  • Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure seamless cover and support
