Role Overview
The Quality Administrator role is responsible for delivering customer documentation to the utmost accuracy. Ensuring that all requirements have been met and documentation is signed off in line with production/delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Creating customer documentation packs in line with the required deliverables. Ensuring documentation is right first time.
- Supporting customer visits when documentation packs require 3rd party approval.
- Support customer visits when 3rd party witnessing of testing is required.
- Creating customer certificates of conformity, ensuring all customer sales order requirements have been met.
- Manage the appropriate electronic storage of customer documentation
- Liaising with multiple departments when errors are found in order to correct them efficiently and accurately
- Perform other such duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post as may be reasonably required.
Critical Competencies for Success
- Experience of administrative work in an office environment.
- High level of attention to detail. Being able to track information across multiple documents and spot errors when they've occurred.
- Basic experience of document scanning, accurate verification and indexing.
- IT literate specifically in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook to Intermediate Standard
- Good understanding of the need to accurately file and retrieve data in paper or electronic format.
- Totally customer focussed with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Good oral and written communicator in English
