Quality Administrator

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Contract: Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a Quality Administrator to support our Quality team on a fixed term basis.

The Quality team ensures that all baby products meet safety standards, compliance and customer satisfaction. Based at our global HQ the team work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage quality documentation and support continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

  • Accurately inputting and categorising data across different platforms
  • Maintain and manage quality documentation
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPI’s
  • Analysing data and identifying Product Quality trends
  • Generating reports on Quality performance
  • Investigating quality issues and working with other teams to develop and implement corrective and preventative actions or product change requests support continuous improvement
  • Updating relevant trackers and spreadsheets
  • Providing other ad hoc support for the wider quality team as required

What skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a Product Quality environment
  • Competent Excel user – proficient in running reports and creating formulas
  • Detail orientated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to adapt quickly and pick up new systems
  • An effective communicator and team player
  • Must also be comfortable working independently and on own initiative
  • Preferred knowledge of Quality tools (i.e. CAPA)
