Murphy: Quality Advisor – Energy Project, Uxbridge Moor

About the Role

A Quality Advisor on the Uxbridge Moor energy project will champion "Quality – Right First Time", ensuring consistent excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the "Quality – Right First Time" ethos.
  • Establish and promote best-in-class quality practices in collaboration with our Quality function.
  • Support site management to ensure full compliance with Quality Plans, company policies, and contract stipulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections/audits to verify adherence to:
    • Corporate Procedures
    • Contractual obligations
    • Respective stated requirements
  • Drive nonconformance reporting, advising on resolutions.
  • Monitor and analyse Business/Contract Quality Statistics to:
    • Submit timely reports to Quality Management
    • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality campaigns & improvement plans in alignment with the Quality Management team.
  • Support Project teams in:
    • Crafting Quality Plans
    • Drafting company documentation (procedures, plans) and validating compliance
  • Maintain compliance records for:
    • Internal procedures
    • Contractual prerequisites

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Quality role or a comparable function.
  • Achieved CQI membership (Chartered Quality Institute).
