Quality Advisor - Peterhead
Shirley Parsons are partnering with a longstanding client to recruit a Quality Advisor for a significant infrastructure and energy project based in Peterhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major long-term project and play a key role in driving quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Support the management of non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on quality performance and trends.
- Deliver quality briefings and support teams in driving improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards.

Essential:
- 3-5 years' experience within a Quality Advisor, Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
- Experience conducting audits and managing non-conformances.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own workload.

Desirable:
- Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification desirable
- Background within construction, engineering, energy, utilities, mechanical, electrical, or oil & gas sectors
