We're looking for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator with a passion for maintaining high standards for Cygnet Hospital Ealing.
You'll be working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm) and be the driving force behind maintaining our exceptional quality of our care and have the chance to progress your career as part of a dynamic, supportive team.

Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards.
Our team works hard to create a cheerful, non-institutional environment, and to support individuals in their recovery and personal transformation. We make use of a range of therapies including psychodynamic, family, occupational, art, drama and complementary therapies. We also believe very strongly in patient-centred care, and involve our service users in shaping their own treatment, and in all aspects of hospital life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide efficient administrative systems in support of the Governance Structure, Audit Strategy, Quality Dashboard and Service Development Plans across the hospital.
- Provide administrative support for Clinical Governance and create monthly reports and ensure Heads of Departments receive this in a timely manner.
- Provide minutes for the Clinical Governance meeting.
- Attend hospital wide meetings to receive or provide any quality related feedback.
- Prepare the weekly audit dashboard and provide verbal feedback on this within the audit dashboard meeting.
- Minute the weekly audit dashboard meeting and support with identifying SMART actions.
- Provide administrative support for the daily morning safety huddle as required.
- Lead and complete all local audits across the site and share detailed feedback following from each audit.
- Prepare the report for the monthly Quality and Safety meeting and ensure both internal and external staff have access to this in a timely manner.
- Support with Quality projects across the hospital.
- Provide cover for the members of the Quality and Admin team as required.
- Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard.

What You'll Need
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of utilising common IT software systems, Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Databases.
- Experience of administrative systems associated with audits and service improvements.
- Ability to set up efficient administrative systems for large numbers of work streams.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines.
- An ability to minute complex meetings.
- Previous experience of implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of CQC, KLOEs, and CQC compliance.
- Experience working with electronic patient clinical records and databases.
- Knowledge of clinical governance structures and patient safety assurance systems, including safeguarding reporting protocols.
