Quality and Compliance Specialist

As our new Quality & Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and continually improving our Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) management systems. Working across the organisation, you will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ISO standards and internal policies, whilst supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This is a varied and highly collaborative role where you will work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as external customers, suppliers and certification bodies. From coordinating audits and supporting compliance activities to driving improvement initiatives and maintaining product compliance documentation, you will be at the heart of ensuring our standards remain robust, effective and customer focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate internal branch audits, ensuring actions are tracked, managed and completed in line with company standards.
  • Support external audits, certification visits and compliance assessments whilst maintaining compliance with ISO management systems.
  • Manage and maintain product compliance documentation, including Declarations of Conformity, Certificates of Conformity and technical files.
  • Monitor compliance performance, analyse trends and support corrective and preventative actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance activities, customer assurance and supplier performance.
  • Promote a positive HSQE culture through training, communication and engagement across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
