Quality and Governance Administrator
Quality and Governance Administrator | Leicester | Part Time (15 hours per week)
About the Role Spire Leicester Hospital is seeking a well-experienced Clinical Quality and Governance Administrator to join their Clinical Governance team on a part-time basis, offering support to ensure seamless governance, quality, and consultant compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Reporting to the Clinical Governance Lead, assist with administration and seamless operational delivery of the department.
- Support the audit program, including monitoring compliance with AMaT audits.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of monthly and quarterly AMaT departmental audits.
- Maintain the hospital database of local policies, ensuring they are kept up to date and providing document control support to hospital teams.
- Assist the Clinical Governance Lead in monitoring compliance with the DATIX incident database, including sending reminders and tracking the closure of incidents and actions.
- Provide administrative support for PSQR (Patient Safety and Quality Relationship) activities.
- Offer support for all key clinical governance forums and meetings.
- Attend the hospital’s clinical governance meetings, including distributing agendas, minutes, and action trackers.

Who We’re Looking For
- Computer literate with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Educated to GCSE/GCE/CSE standard in English and Mathematics.
- Articulate and compassionate, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently within defined parameters.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Working Arrangements
Monday to Friday (8 AM – 6 PM), 2 days per week
