Who are we?
Time4U Ltd is an independent supported living provider based in Chatham, with services in Medway towns, Gravesend, Maidstone, Folkestone, Dymchurch, London, and Milton Keynes. Since the company was established in 2016, we have grown from just 4 members of staff to over 400. We are trusted by local authorities, and we are one of their first point of call when it comes to placing their clients with mental health and learning disabilities.
Main Responsibilities
As the Quality and Governance Administrator, you will be working as part of the Governance Team playing a key role in supporting all elements of the governance functions including but not limited to the following:
- Support the administrative functions within the Quality & Governance team
- Participate in the development of Time 4 U Ltd.’s administrative processes and policies.
- Assist in the evaluation of Time 4 U Ltd against agreed organisational goals and objectives.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation related to the registration of Time 4 U Ltd.
- Assist in minimising regulatory and legal risks by working with the Quality & Governance Team in maintaining an Organisational risk register.
- Assist with the review and sharing of incidents with professionals
- Assist with complaints administration including updating the InPhase system.
- Assist with QA audit development and relevant administration
- Assist the Lead administrator to review and report quality data against the required KPI dashboard
- Assist with the archive ensuring relevant data is retained and maintained as required
- Work in a cost-effective manner.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Prior knowledge of supported living services.
- Experience of Quality Management systems.
- Prior experience of audit and data collation.
- Be proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel and ideally have a working knowledge of InPhase.
- Have knowledge of regulations that apply to Time4U Ltd
- Have excellent organisational skills and enjoy meeting deadlines
- Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering quality work
- Be process driven and enjoy analysing and checking information
- Demonstrate the ability to contribute as part of a team
- Be highly motivated with a positive attitude
Salary
This is a full-time position (40hrs per week) - Salary £26,800
