The Role
Working closely with our Quality Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes by strengthening our quality assurance processes, improving learner experience, and ensuring we remain Ofsted-ready at all times.

This is an ideal role for someone with a teaching or training background who wants to develop their career in quality and compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting quality assurance across teaching, learning, and assessment
- Conducting audits and sampling learner work to identify strengths and improvement areas
- Gathering and analysing feedback from apprentices, employers, and delivery teams
- Contributing to quality improvement plans and Ofsted preparation
- Supporting CPD activity and promoting best practice across the organisation
- Assisting with course reviews, evaluations, and performance insights
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in education, training, or apprenticeships (teaching/training background essential)
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- A detail-driven mindset with a passion for quality and improvement
- Confidence working with stakeholders and interpreting data insights
- Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
