Quality Assurance Advisor
Quality Assurance Advisor – 13 Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
Location: Ipswich (3 days onsite per week) Closing Date: 16 July

About the Role
As part of the Operational Strategy Team, the Quality Assurance Advisor will:
- Standardise auditing processes for high-risk operations to ensure consistent reporting, identify critical trends, define expected outcomes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships to align business needs, track reporting outcomes, and deliver actionable insights from audit scores.
- Spot gaps in knowledge, process flow, or information sharing that could enhance efficiency and business performance.
- Provide assurance on controls and performance to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Embed and promote a culture of continuous improvement using established tools and frameworks.

Who We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
- Industry-specific expertise: Experience in the electricity sector, with deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and governing bodies.
- Organisational focus: Strong time management and the ability to prioritise workloads, adapt to evolving business priorities, and manage risk mitigation.
- Process-driven mindset: Ability to evaluate operational workflows, detect risks or opportunities, and recommend improvements based on your analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and ensuring accountability for delivered actions.
