QA Analyst Opportunity in Automotive Finance

Birchlake Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading automotive finance organisation based in Milton Keynes in the search for a QA Analyst to support a high-profile commissions project on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional with automotive finance experience who is passionate about delivering fair customer outcomes and ensuring quality standards are maintained across multiple commission-related projects.

The Role

Working with a dedicated project team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing a Quality Assurance framework across three separate commissions projects. You'll conduct independent quality reviews, provide clear and constructive feedback, identify emerging risks and trends, and work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. This role requires someone who can quickly understand new processes and systems, apply regulatory requirements consistently, and ensure customer outcomes remain at the heart of every review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a Quality Assurance framework aligned with existing QA methodologies
  • Define review scope, objectives, pass and fail criteria, reporting standards and governance
  • Conduct daily "check the checker" quality reviews across three commissions projects
  • Assess work consistently against agreed QA standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide clear, evidence-based feedback following each review
  • Produce reports and recommendations for project stakeholders
  • Identify emerging risks, themes and trends through ongoing quality monitoring
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams and programme stakeholders to support successful project delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
