Quality Assurance Automation Engineer
Quality Automation Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and capable Quality Automation Engineer to work hand-in-hand with clients to develop new Quality Engineering (QE) strategies and improve existing processes. In this role, you will deploy your own technical mastery to deliver hands-on automation while successfully leading and mentoring others. Because the nature of the work varies by client, you will have the opportunity to experience multiple domains and technology stacks, keeping an eye on value and proposing low-complexity, efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Delivery
- Define, improve, and implement modern Quality Engineering concepts and automated testing strategies.
- Adapt and refine testing frameworks to fit evolving client requirements.
Hands-on Automation
- Develop high-quality, efficient automation frameworks and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Drive technical projects from concept to execution, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Lead and mentor team members in an egoless, collaborative environment.
- Contribute actively to internal and regional Quality Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and learning from peers.
Consultative Flexibility
- Adapt quickly to changing environments, client requirements, and varying technology stacks.
- Provide consultative guidance while maintaining agility in rapidly evolving projects.
Technical Skills & Experience Required
- Quality Engineering: Several years in defining and implementing automated testing strategies, with expertise in modern QE practices.
- Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented language, such as:
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Python
- Java
- C#
- AI & Next-Gen Tech:
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Playwright with MCP).
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or cloud-based environments (Strong vascular).
- A plus for hands-on cloud and quantum computing experience, with particular focus on AI/ML pipelines.
