The role of QA DATA ANALYST
This is a key role in delving deep into the data from our Spares & Repairs teams, as well as Customer Care, where our customers may have had an issue with a product. From the trends and data you gather you then work collaboratively with product designers, engineers, product testers as well as warehouse, distribution, stock control, and a multitude of other departments including finance, Buying etc to identify commercial impacts, quality improvements and product performance.
Adding to this looking into environment reporting & data submissions.
This role being ideal for someone who loves delving into the mysteries of a good spreadsheet or two. Someone who has an inquisitive mind that can translate data into reality for teams to understand and take action upon.
There are not too many Data Analyst roles where the work that you do not only has an impact on an organisation, but a massive impact on an incredible community of new parents and their babies. You can really make a difference.
