Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality performance within the project. This role requires an independent and capable problem-solver who can investigate issues, identify root causes, and lead cross-functional corrective and improvement activities. The successful candidate will help ensure products and processes meet internal and customer requirements while driving measurable and sustained quality improvement.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Head Office, Banbridge
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
- Friday 8am-3pm
Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
Responsible to: Quality Assurance Manager
What You'll be Doing:
- Ensuring High Standards of Quality: Supporting the investigation and resolution of quality issues, monitoring performance trends, and ensuring that all client, product, and regulatory requirements are clearly understood and consistently applied within manufacturing processes.
- Contributing to Audits and Client Communications: Maintaining strong customer satisfaction through responsive quality management.
- Internal Analysis: Analysing defects and non-conformances, driving root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence.
- Process Compliance: Emphasizing process compliance through audits and documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and sustained quality performance.
