Senior Manual QA Engineer Role

They need a senior, hands-on Manual QA Engineer who can independently own testing for a growing SaaS platform, work closely with product and engineering teams, improve QA processes, and act as a quality champion in a fast-paced startup environment.

- 5+ years’ of experience in manual QA/testing within a technology, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, structured approach to testing.
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly document and explain issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Experience testing APIs and integrations is a plus.
