Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote) 🌍 Remote (Work from Anywhere) | Contract | $25 – $60/hour
Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to work on a contract basis. This role ensures software products meet defined quality standards through systematic testing and validation. Key tasks include collaborating with development teams to identify defects, verify fixes, and maintain high reliability across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify, report, and track software defects using tracking systems to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements.
- Automate test cases to enhance efficiency and regression testing coverage.
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to write test cases and execute test plans effectively.
- Knowledge of bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Familiarity with API and UI testing.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose software issues and verify fixes.
