- Resolve technical issues
- Manage escalations
- Optimise and maintain automation frameworks and regression suites
- Shape and execute automation strategy across CI/CD pipelines

- Resource planning
- Team building
- Performance management
Required Skills & Expertise
FX Domain Knowledge
- End-to-end FX trade lifecycle including:
- Trading
- Confirmations
- Settlements
- Payments
- Risk workflows

Test Strategy & Governance
- Enterprise-scale test methodology and execution globally
- Cross-team collaboration across geographies
Automation & CI/CD
- Expertise in:
- BDD/TDD (Behavior-Driven Development/Test-Driven Development)
- Tools such as Cucumber and Selenium
- Pipelines like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
Data & API Testing
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- ETL/ELT validation (Extraction, Transformation, Loading/Extract, Load, Transform)
- Microservices and API testing
Performance Testing
- Experience designing and conducting large-scale performance tests
Compliance & Standards
- Deep knowledge of:
- Enterprise QA standards
- Regulatory requirements
Analytical Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities in complex financial logic and calculations
Financial Services Industry
- Capital markets and FX market experience highly preferred.
