🚀 QA Lead | AI-Driven SaaS Platform | Up to £75,000 | Manchester (Hybrid)

📍 Central Manchester (2 days per week)

💰 Up to £75,000 + Benefits

Are you a QA leader who believes quality should be embedded throughout the software development lifecycle—not treated as a final checkpoint?

We're working with an innovative SaaS business that's investing heavily in AI and modern engineering practices. They're looking for a QA Lead to define and drive their quality strategy, helping engineering teams deliver high-quality software at pace while embracing AI-powered testing and automation.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape QA strategy across multiple products, champion automation, and promote a culture of shared ownership of quality.

  • Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams, you'll play a key role in improving release confidence, embedding quality into CI/CD pipelines, and helping teams adopt AI-assisted testing practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
