We are supporting an innovative life sciences company as they look to hire a Quality Assurance Lead to join their growing team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and maintaining a fit-for-purpose quality management system within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will oversee quality activities across clinical development while contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain the company's GxP quality management system.
  • Oversee quality activities across clinical development programmes.
  • Manage quality oversight of external vendors, CROs and manufacturing partners.
  • Drive deviation management, CAPAs, change controls and quality risk management.
  • Ensure inspection and audit readiness while supporting regulatory submissions where required.
  • Develop and improve quality processes, procedures and documentation.
  • Promote a strong quality culture across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the validation and compliance of computerized systems where applicable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience within biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP with a solid understanding of broader GxP requirements.
  • Experience overseeing external vendors and quality agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting clinical development programmes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
