Overview - Quality Assurance Manager
Due to internal progression, a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager has arisen. This is your chance to join a large food manufacturing site undergoing significant investment and transformation at the senior leadership level. You'll lead the site's quality function, driving food safety, compliance and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing team and influencing standards across the factory.

- Lead and develop the Quality team.
- Manage the site's Quality Management System.
- Drive food safety, quality and compliance standards.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with operations to improve quality performance.
- Manage quality budgets and support improvement projects.
- Contribute to site-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements for the Quality Assurance Manager
- Degree qualified in a Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or related discipline.
- Quality leadership experience within food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, auditing and quality systems.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
