Job Description
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead and scale our Quality Assurance function while driving the organization's journey from Quality Assurance (QA) to Quality Engineering (QE) and Quality Intelligence (QI). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in test automation, BDD frameworks, and modern quality engineering practices, along with proven experience in managing high-performing QA teams and delivering end-to-end quality strategy across complex enterprise applications.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 5+ years in QA leadership and people management roles.

Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Test Automation Frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Selenium WebDriver
- BDD (Behavior Driven Development)
- Cucumber
- Java, Python, or C#
- API Testing (REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI)
- TestNG/JUnit
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or Zephyr.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of performance, security, and non-functional testing approaches.
Process Skills:
- Demonstrated experience leading QA → QE → QI transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing AI-driven testing, intelligent automation, and quality analytics.
- Exposure to test data management and service virtualization.
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, and DevOps operating models.
