Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) – Shape how we deliver delicious, every day
At Domino’s, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) in Cambuslang, you’ll play a key role in how we deliver for our customers and franchise partners — making sure the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance are met across our Supply Chain Centre.
This is a role where you’ll balance hands-on site presence with strategic oversight — helping us continuously improve how we operate while protecting what matters most: our product, our people and our brand.
What You’ll Bring
This role is perfect if you’re someone who enjoys being close to the operation while still shaping how things improve over time. You’ll be comfortable working across manufacturing, storage and distribution — building relationships, challenging where needed, and helping teams do things the right way every time.
You’ll bring:
- Experience working with food safety and quality management systems within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Confidence carrying out audits, inspections and compliance checks (e.g. GMP, hygiene, food safety)
- The ability to interpret technical data and communicate it clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills across operational and technical teams
- Experience managing or influencing others in a factory or operational environment
- A Food Science or Food Technology background (or equivalent experience)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
