QC Technical Manager

Our client is a globally recognised premium women’s wear brand, known for its exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and uncompromising commitment to quality. As the business continues to grow internationally, they are seeking an experienced QC Technical Manager to lead and elevate quality standards across their global supply chain.

Role Overview

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, this position involves leading global quality initiatives.
  • Collaboration with the UK Garment Technology team and international manufacturing partners.
  • Ownership of technical excellence from development to bulk production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing robust quality frameworks ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Strengthening garment construction and finishes consistency.
  • Developing factory capabilities for premium quality output.
  • Guaranteeing products meet fit, workmanship, and performance expectations.
  • Addressing offshore quality assurance and supply chain optimisation.
  • Driving continuous improvement in technical processes.

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Garment Technology, Technical, or Quality Assurance (preferably within a premium fashion brand).
  • Proven track record working with offshore factories.
  • Expertise in garment construction, fit, and grading.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence suppliers and conduct cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with industrial standards and quality control methodologies.
  • International travel readiness (UK-based role).
