If you’re an experienced Quality Manager with an engineering background, then this role could be for you.
Our client, a global manufacturing business with an excellent reputation in the industry, is looking to recruit a talented Quality Manager to lead the Quality function and drive CI across the manufacturing operations.
This is a great opportunity for a quality professional with a strong engineering background who enjoys leading teams, solving problems and delivering operational excellence.

About You
- You’ll be an experienced Quality Manager with an engineering or manufacturing background
- You’ll have a recognised engineering qualification
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, including internal and external audits
- Experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
- Knowledge of inspection and testing methods, including NDT techniques
- You’ll be comfortable with occasional overseas travel over the course of the year

About the Job
- Lead and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Manage internal, external and customer audits
- Lead and develop the Quality team
- Drive quality improvements using data, RCA and Lean methodologies
- Manage supplier quality, audits and Supplier Performance Management
- Oversee inspection, testing, calibration and quality documentation
- Investigate customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions
- Monitor and report quality KPIs to senior management
- Support the development of an Integrated Management System incorporating ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and other departments to improve quality across the business
- Lead continuous improvement projects using tools such as PFMEA, MSA and DFM
- Manage departmental budgets and quality priorities to support production
