Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Sandwich, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated QA professional to be part of a rapidly growing organisation that values ownership, decision-making influence, and meaningful contributions.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
Your duties as the Quality Assurance Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- To maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Reviewing and approving batch manufacturing documentation prior to batch release to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Managing Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Complaints, and OOS investigations to uphold quality standards.
- Supporting internal and supplier audits, as well as customer and regulatory audits, to facilitate continuous improvement and compliance.
- As the QA Officer, you will ensure all quality processes are followed diligently and foster a culture of quality awareness across teams.

Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Assurance Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management).
- Proven industry experience in GMP Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with QMS, CAPAs, Deviations, and Change Controls.
