Job title: Quality Assurance Officer

Department: Learning and Quality

Salary: £40,000 (inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Basis: Full-time, permanent

About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our dedicated Quality team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of provision across our East Croydon and Coulsdon campuses.

In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to ensure the highest standards of awarding body compliance, assessment verification, and regulatory adherence. Your contribution will directly support learner success, achievement, and satisfaction, helping us deliver exceptional educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assessment verification
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have a Level 3 qualification together with an IQA and Assessor Certificate or Award. Applicants should also have experience of supporting the IQA/ EQA cycle to meet regulatory and quality requirements. Knowledge of compliance requirements within FE is required, together with an understanding of how quality assurance supports learner outcomes and satisfaction rates. Successful applicants will also have strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
