QA Officer - Pharmaceutical Contract Role
Location: Birmingham
Contract: 12-month rolling contract
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum
About the Role
At our pharmaceutical client, we are recruiting for a QA Officer to join a medicine manufacturing company, which produces, imports, and distributes bespoke medicines.
Responsibilities include:
- Formulating the company’s Quality policy and establishing a Quality Management System
- Ensuring QC testing of raw materials
- Conducting internal audits
- Archiving manufacturing batch records
- Recording internal incidents and implementing changes via the CAPA system
- Recording product-related complaints and investigating root causes

Requirements
- BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences (minimum)
- At least 6 months’ experience in a GMP pharmaceutical facility
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
