Looking to take the next step in your Quality Assurance career? Join Ipca Laboratories UK Limited and be part of a team that plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of pharmaceutical products that make a real difference to patients’ lives.
As a QA Officer, you’ll be an important part of our Quality team, supporting GMP compliance and Quality Management System (QMS) activities. You’ll collaborate with Qualified Persons (QPs), manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet the highest regulatory and quality standards.

- Reviewing batch records and supporting batch release activities
- Ensuring imported products meet GMP and regulatory requirements
- Supporting onboarding of new products, including documentation and risk assessments
- Providing QA oversight across manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain
- Managing and reviewing deviations, complaints, and investigations
- Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to quality system enhancements and staying current with GxP regulations
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to maintain compliance and quality excellence
Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience or knowledge of GMP/GxP within pharmaceuticals
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Great communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
