Head of Quality Assurance
We are looking for an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA strategy, ensure product quality, and drive excellence across testing processes. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on testing expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to build scalable QA frameworks for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy for web and mobile applications
- Oversee both manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and design specifications to define test strategies
- Create, review, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans
- Build and manage QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with product, development, and design teams for seamless releases
- Identify, track, and report bugs, ensuring proper resolution and closure
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability testing is conducted effectively
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in software testing and QA leadership roles
- Typically 5 to 10 years of experience
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Manual & Automation Testing
- Experience in web and mobile application testing
- Knowledge of API Testing, Database Testing (RDBMS, MySQL)
- Hands-on experience with test case creation, test scripts, and bug reporting tools
- Experience in performance/load testing and security testing
- Understanding of black box & white box testing methodologies
- Familiarity with modern QA tools and frameworks
