Quality Assurance Specialist - 12 Month FTC
At Endomag, a Hologic company, we are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to support the ongoing development and compliance of our ISO 13485 electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). This role sits within the Quality & Regulatory team and plays a key part in ensuring our systems, documentation, and processes remain compliant, effective, and continuously improving.
Working in a busy and dynamic environment, you’ll collaborate across multiple departments and support quality activities that maintain high standards across the organisation and its supply chain.
What To Expect
- Supporting the maintenance, configuration, and ongoing improvement of the company’s electronic ISO 13485 Quality Management System (eQMS).
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and updates, including supporting validation activities.
- Working with document control processes, ensuring procedures and technical files are updated as standards evolve.
- Maintaining and monitoring company training records to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the management of quality procedures across supply chain partners and manufacturers to ensure standards are consistently met.
- Helping track and follow up on quality audit actions to ensure they are completed within required timelines.
- Collaborating with different departments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What We Expect
- Experience in QA/QC administration.
- Previous experience working with or configuring eQMS systems.
- Some experience of working with ISO quality systems in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector (medical devices preferred).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with eQMS configuration or electronic system implementation is advantageous.
- Experience with software validation is beneficial, though training can be provided.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Comfort working within a small, dynamic organisation.

Salary: £36,000 – £46,000 gross per year
The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
