Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in QA testing, Data Analysis, or BI Development, with a specific focus on Dashboard Testing, Data Reconciliation, and Reporting Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on Power BI & DAX Familiarity: Strong practical understanding of how Power BI reports are built. You can confidently navigate Power Query, read DAX logic, and understand data relationships (star schemas, snowflake schemas) behind the scenes.
- Strong SQL Skills: Highly capable of writing queries (joins, grouping, unions) to pull raw data for independent comparison against visual metrics.
- Obsessive Attention to Detail: An elite eye for spotting misalignments, inconsistent rounding, broken filters, or subtle data discrepancies that others might overlook.
- Structured QA Mindset: Experience writing, managing, and executing manual test cases, track records of bug reporting, and validating visual products.

Preferred Skills
- Experience using Python (especially pandas or data validation packages) to automate spreadsheet and table reconciliation tasks.
- Prior exposure to operational risk, financial forecasting, or corporate business continuity reporting.
