We have exciting opportunities for Quality Assurance Specialists to join us on either a 6-month or 12-month FTC, supporting the mobilisation and build of a new compounding unit. These roles are critical in ensuring our quality standards are embedded from day one, helping us deliver safe, effective medicines to patients while maintaining the highest regulatory compliance.
You’ll play a key role in shaping quality processes, supporting operational readiness, and driving excellence across all aspects of clinical fulfilment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Undertaking end-to-end QA responsibilities, including batch review and release of aseptically compounded products
- Supporting the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System ensuring full GMP compliance
- Leading and coordinating activities related to deviations, CAPAs, change control, complaints, and audits
- Collaborating with production, pharmacy, and quality teams to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Monitoring environmental and process data to maintain validated facility standards
- Supporting training delivery to ensure teams are fully competent and compliant
- Driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance quality, reduce waste, and optimise processes
- Participating in audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and timely follow-up
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Quality Assurance role within a pharmaceutical or aseptic compounding environment
- Strong working knowledge of GMP requirements
- A detail-oriented and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A passion for patient safety and delivering high-quality outcomes

Qualifications:
- Qualified Pharmacy Technician (NVQ 3/BTEC) registered with GPhC, or Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry
