Quality is at the heart of Stalks N Spice. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our spices and food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, from sourcing to delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Quality Inspection: Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to FSSAI regulations and food safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain quality records, test reports, and compliance certificates.
- Supplier Audits: Evaluate supplier quality standards and conduct periodic audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Training: Train staff on quality standards and food handling best practices.

Job Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.Sc in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years in food quality assurance or quality control.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with quality testing equipment and methodologies.
- Documentation Skills: Strong record-keeping and reporting abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality inspection and compliance.
