Your New Role
We are seeking an excellent Quality Assurance Supervisor for a temporary contract (proposed June 2026 – September 2027).

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager in continually improving processes within QA, QC, and Operations, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.
- Align with batch release targets by coordinating the timely review of batch documentation across QA and supporting functions.
- Generate batch release metrics for MRM and PQR, including performance reports across functional areas.
- Assist the Qualified Person (QP) in batch record compilation and release activities.
- Ensure systems and controls are in place for:
- Reporting and investigating quality-related incidents, defective products, and adverse events.
- Critical document control.
- Support QA Manager in overseeing internal and external audit programmes, including supplier audits.
- Lead improvements in processes through analysis and implementation of best practices.
About You
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in GMP, regulatory systems, and accreditation, with batch compilation and release expertise.
- Outstanding leadership abilities, with the capacity to learn, mentor, and share knowledge with teams and management.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills (both internal and external).
- Sound decision-making and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in a clear, structured manner.
- Diligent attention to detail with a commitment to process improvement ideas.

Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QPulse.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and manufacturing practices.
Qualifications:
- Honours degree in a relevant Life Science discipline (or equivalent experience).
