Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage quality across NPD, production, warehouse, and stock
  • Conduct laboratory testing, failure analysis, and benchmarking
  • Investigate customer complaints and product returns
  • Perform incoming, outgoing, and intervention inspections
  • Support supplier failure analysis and continuous improvement actions
  • Oversee production quality, packaging, and rework activities
  • Support Technical Helpline with high priority investigations
  • Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits
  • Manage lab equipment, calibration, and 5S standards

Profile Description

  • Hands on quality experience in an electronics environment
  • Knowledge of electronics testing and IPC standards
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • High attention to detail
  • Desirable: ISO 9001 experience, root cause analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA, SAP knowledge, soldering experience, driving Licence
