QA Test Lead – Prudential Reporting (Investment Banking / Fintech)
£675 per day
Inside IR35

London – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
A leading Investment Bank is scaling its regulatory technology capability as part of a broader transformation across capital markets and reporting.
This role sits at the centre of prudential change, ensuring critical regulatory outputs are accurate, controlled, and audit-ready across complex front-to-back systems. You’ll operate close to senior stakeholders across risk, finance, and technology.

- Own end-to-end test strategy across capital, liquidity, RWA and regulatory returns
- Drive testing across complex data flows – upstream systems through to reporting outputs
- Act as the bridge between business, compliance, and engineering
- Influence how regulatory change is delivered across the platform
- Lead defect management, governance, and audit-ready validation processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong QA/Test Lead experience within investment banking or regulatory programmes
- Deep exposure to prudential reporting (Basel, capital, liquidity, RWA, etc.)
- Experience across complex system integration and data-heavy environments
- Proven stakeholder management across business, IT, and compliance
- Hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
