Location: Loughborough, UK
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday with core hours 10:00–16:00

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Validation Specialist in Almac Pharma Services to provide maternity cover. In this role, you will:
- Ensure equipment, facilities, utilities, processes, and packaging systems are qualified and validated in alignment with GMP requirements and global quality standards.
- Provide QA oversight and approval of all validation activities.
- Review technical and compliance documentation.
- Support risk assessments and data integrity initiatives.
- Investigate validation deviations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver validation projects on time and to schedule.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to both local and global business projects as a subject matter expert.

Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Eligibility to work in the UK, or
- A valid work permit enabling full-time, permanent employment in the UK.
Essential Criteria
- 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, providing coverage of:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Validation experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
