About The Role
Quality Auditor – Connect Plus Services (M25 Project)
We have a terrific opportunity for a Quality Auditor for our Connect Plus Services M25 London Orbital Motorway Project.
This role can be based at Leatherhead, South Mimms or Dartford, with hybrid working available.
CPS is a joint venture between Balfour Beatty, AtkinsRéalis and Egis. We operate and maintain the M25 – the busiest motorway in Europe – delivering over £100m of annual investment alongside planned and reactive maintenance.

What you'll be doing
As a Quality Auditor, You Will
- Support the delivery of the audit programme, undertaking internal audits, producing reports and tracking actions through to completion
- Carry out root cause analysis of non-conformances (NCRs) and support effective close-out actions
- Identify areas of risk and support implementation of mitigation measures
- Enhance and maintain quality documentation, processes and procedures in line with standards
- Support and observe external audits, working with assurance providers and certification bodies
- Monitor the implementation of the Quality Plan across the business
- Provide input into tender reviews, ensuring quality standards are met
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across CPS
- Promote a culture of quality excellence, ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared
Who we're looking for
We Are Looking For
- Experience working in a quality, auditing or process improvement role within an environment operating to recognised standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Experience within an infrastructure or highways environment (preferred)
- Working towards, or recently achieved, a Quality/ISO9001 qualification (or similar)
- Experience or exposure to internal auditing, with an internal auditor qualification (or working towards)
- Experience in audit reporting, root cause analysis and managing non-conformances
- Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma)
- A full UK driving licence

Connect Plus Services (CPS) brings together the collective strength of our parent companies - Balfour Beatty, Atkins and Egis Road Operation UK. With around 600 people, based at eight locations across the M25 network, we work on behalf of Connect Plus and National Highways to manage the operation of the M25 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from routine maintenance to managing the whole-life requirement of thousands of assets across the network.
