Quality Auditor - German Speaker, AGI Data Services - Ground Truth Quality
Quality Auditor
Location: Global (site-based, primarily hosted at international client locations) Company: AGI-DS (Working with Amazon)
AGI-DS is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join a team focused on ensuring high standards in data annotation and quality across our global network of Data Associates. This role plays a critical part in maintaining excellence in AI development and training through systematic assessments and quality assurance.
## Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual reviews and quality audits on workflows and units delivered by Data Associates
- Coach and calibrate Data Associates (co-located at your site) to enhance performance and align with quality benchmarks
- Identify and analyze root causes of quality discrepancies on a Data Associate-level
- Validate automated quality measurement systems by performing hands-on evaluations
- Accurately document and report quality findings in a structured and actionable format
- Support deep dive investigations and escalations when required
- Ensure adherence to ** Qualitätsswesen (quality standards and procedures) compliance**
- Collaborate with Quality Audit Managers to refine processes and implement best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance team

## Basic Qualifications
- Fluent C1+ German (written and oral proficiency)
- B1+ English (business-level comprehension in spoken and written formats)
- Experience in Machine Learning/Data Labeling operations, including:
- Familiarity with speech, language, or data annotation workflows
- Understanding of quality metrics in data preprocessing and labeling
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous, detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., pivot tables, filters, basic advanced functions)
- Upholding internal quality standards requires strict adherence to procedures
- Excellent English communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Prior knowledge or experience with quality management tools and frameworks
- Capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Adaptability to shift and prioritize workloads efficiently
