Quality Auditor

Quorn Foods are currently recruiting for a Quality Auditor to join our Technical & Hygiene team based at our Methwold site.

What You'll Be Responsible For

In this role, you’ll provide essential technical support across shift operations, ensuring all products meet Food Legislation, BRC standards, and internal quality expectations. You’ll carry out regular audits of products, processes and personnel, identifying non-conformances and working with operational teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. You’ll also monitor hygiene standards, ensuring production only begins when required conditions are met, and that cleaning processes are effective across the site.

You’ll play a key role in promoting a strong quality culture, coaching operators on quality systems, supporting investigations and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across shifts. With the authority to stop production where standards are not met, you’ll be central to protecting product integrity, customer trust and operational excellence

This role is a night shift only based position.

What Experience You'll Need To Have

  • Presentable background within a food manufacturing role, ideally focusing on quality assurance
  • Basic understanding of HACCP and food safety principles
  • Computer literacy with the ability to manage documentation and data
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • A team-focused mindset with a commitment to high standards
  • A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
