Join us at our globally recognised logistics business, that is Trusted to Deliver.

About The Role

You will be providing oversight to IAGC of the performance of its global operations across the IAG operating companies in regard to both its regulatory requirements and the standards of IAGC through the development and delivery of a quality assurance programme. Supporting the business to identify and address areas of non-compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support and advice to the regions in fields of aviation security, health & safety, standards and quality management.
  • Develop and manage an audit, inspection and monitoring plan for the IAGC network to ensure compliance with Air Operations, ISARPS and other regulations, each operating company's policy and IAG Cargo's standards. Where shortfalls exist make appropriate recommendations and monitor completion.
  • Carry out investigations of safety & security incidents as required and directed by Compliance management.
  • Produce clear and concise reports on findings, observations and recommendations through the various tools of the quality programme.
  • Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of the combined global technical standards across IAGC.
  • Support the process of obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals where they are required.
  • Production of trend analysis, metric collection, analytics and reporting across all operations, ensuring transparency across the network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
