Job Title: Quality Manager

(Hybrid 2-3 days in office)

Salary Guide: £35,000

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Quality Manager to maintain, develop and continually improve its Quality Management System (QMS).

This role is focused on the day-to-day delivery of quality processes, supporting operational teams to ensure agreed standards are consistently followed, audits are effectively managed, corrective actions are completed, and continuous improvement is embedded across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams, driving quality improvements and ensuring the business remains audit-ready and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop, review and update policies, procedures, SOPs, forms and controlled documentation.
  • Manage document control, including version control, approvals and periodic reviews.
  • Support alignment with wider management systems including HSEQ, business continuity and information security.

Audit & Assurance

  • Deliver the internal audit programme across operational and business processes.
  • Plan, conduct and report internal audits.
  • Work with stakeholders to agree and implement corrective actions.
  • Support external audits, customer audits and accreditation assessments.
  • Track audit findings and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
