Location: Grimsby Salary: £35k - £38k
Are you passionate about quality, regulatory compliance and sustainability?
Pattesons Glass Ltd are looking for a Quality, Compliance & Sustainability Advisor to join our growing business and become our in-house expert on quality systems, BRCGS compliance, EPR, sustainability and emerging packaging legislation.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an evolving function, helping to ensure we meet the highest standards while supporting our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining our Quality Management System, supporting BRCGS certification, managing our compliance obligations, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and helping the business prepare for future legislation such as the Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

Working across multiple departments, you'll advise colleagues, support audits, drive continuous improvement and help embed quality and sustainability into everything we do.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Maintaining our Quality Management System.
- Leading BRCGS compliance and audit preparation.
- Managing EPR compliance and supporting PPWR readiness.
- Driving sustainability initiatives across the business.
- Conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions.
- Supporting supplier and customer compliance.
- Monitoring legislation and advising the business on regulatory changes.
- Promoting continuous improvement and best practice.
We're Looking For Someone With
- Experience with BRCGS quality systems.
- Knowledge of EPR and environmental compliance.
- An understanding of sustainability and packaging legislation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Internal auditing experience.
- A proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
